Working as product designer for a rapidly expanding company helping to design, research, and build a cloud based open directory platform focused on making remote work simple and easy for IT admins to manage. I’ve touched many teams from user/device management, password management, and even created some motion graphics.

Identity Management
Designed tools and features around user identity management such as introducing user states, workflow improvements to the creation/management of users.
Resource Allocation
Introduced a rule builder for automated user membership to groups, enabled the elevation of permissions for a group, and allowed groups to map to external directories.
Device Management
Kicked off the introduction of several new device features for the product to meet some important user requests: MDM (mobile device management), DEP (Apple’s device enrollment program), and software management.
Animations
Created empty state animations for various pages to increase user understanding of complex features. These will be featured throughout the product, in KB’s, and on our website.
